As an executive recruiting leader, he played a pivotal role in scaling Google Cloud early days to $45B in annual revenue. Ed also created many of the frameworks and processes that Google uses to hire executives today. He authored interview rubrics and questions that have been used by executives globally for over 10,000 interviews and counting.
